Although you can theoretically file an objection through a formal complaint procedure (<em>klaagschrift<\/em>), this will not yield any results. Once you have completed the psychiatric evaluation, we can assist you.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Have you not yet received a notice from the CBR regarding driving under the influence?<\/strong>&nbsp;At this moment, your only option is to wait until you have completed the evaluation. (Even if the letter from the CVOM states that you can file a formal complaint!). Only after that can further steps be taken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>A CBR procedure will take about 3 to 4 months. There is no state-funded (pro bono) legal aid available for this:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You will receive a letter from the CBR within 8 weeks after your license is confiscated, and you will have to attend an interview with a psychiatrist. An investigation into potential alcohol abuse will then be conducted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Based on this investigation, the CBR will make a decision.
