Step 1

Step 2
After the assignment is confirmed and we have all the necessary details, we will request any additional information from you while we draft the formal letter of complaint. Our goal is to file the complaint with the court within 24 hours. Do not wait out the prosecutor’s 10-day decision period first. The formal complaint and request for return can be submitted immediately after your driver’s license has been confiscated.
Stap 3
We ensure that the court immediately processes the formal complaint once you have approved it. After the formal complaint is filed, the court is, in principle, obligated to schedule a hearing for the complaint within 14 days, during which the judge will decide whether your driver’s license can be returned to you. At the same time, we will submit a request for return to the public prosecutor, asking them to return the driver’s license prior to the hearing. This means that, on average, you will receive your driver’s license back within 10 days of filing the complaint, without even having to go to court.
